About the Presenter

Dr. Masiello has over 25 years of clinical practice, coaching, and teaching experience. She holds a doctorate in psychology with concentrations in Counseling and Developmental Psychology, and is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor, a Parenting Coordinator, and a Superior Court mediator in North Carolina. She has testified in numerous legal proceedings and serves as a qualified expert witness in court cases within North Carolina. She is the owner of the clinical practice Reaching Resolution PLLC, and its sister entity for training and coaching, Resolution Academy.

Course Requirements

You are expected to watch all videos, read all written learning materials, and pass a quiz for each of the three modules with a minimum score of 80%. You also will complete a course evaluation. Once you have satisfactorily passed the quizzes and completed the course evaluation, you can download your certificate of completion. You will need a computer and internet connection with the ability to stream videos and view/print PDF files.
